No driving and no van hire. We bring the storage to your door.

  1. Choose your storage unit

    Pick the size you need and we'll bring a purpose-built storage unit to your door. No driving, no van hire, no hassle.

  2. Load it up

    Pack your items into the container at your own pace. Want a hand loading? Add it as a paid extra when you book.

  3. We store it

    We take your items to our secure facility, where they're monitored by 24-hour CCTV.

  4. We bring it back

    Just let us know when you want your things back. We usually return them within 48 hours.

Optional extras

  • A hand loading on collection day, ground floor: £50 for every 35 sq ft, charged pro rata, one-off
  • Collection and return if you store for less than three months: £50 each way for every 35 sq ft, charged pro rata
  • Storage by the Box collection and return: £20 each way. Free collection and return when you store for 3 months or more*

What you’ll need

  • Contents cover. It isn't included in the storage price, and you choose your level of cover when you book.
  • Already insured elsewhere? Use your own policy instead, as long as it covers your things in storage and in transit. Just send us a copy within 30 days of collection.

* Free collection and return applies when you store with us for three months or more. Terms apply. Storage by the Box customers pay 3 months upfront to qualify. Otherwise collection is £20 each way.

    We’d highly recommend Adam at Collect Storage! As a charity having to move offices at short notice, we had a lot of furniture and equipment to pack up and were feeling the pressure.     Adam at Collect Storage was absolutely amazing! He made the whole process completely stress-free. He was super friendly, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of my items, ensuring everything was in perfect condition.

    The pricing is extremely fair and student-friendly, and communication was seamless from start to finish he was always easy to contact whenever I had a question. Honest to god, he did a fantastic job. I couldn't recommend Adam and Collect Storage enough if you need reliable storage solutions!

Common questions

Storage starts from £18 a month including VAT. Get your exact price online in minutes with our instant quote, and no card is needed. You only pay for the space you use.

It's self storage without the trip to a storage unit. We bring a box or pod to your door, collect it once it's packed, and store it safely in our Lenham facility. When you want it back, we return it: no van hire and no driving.

It often works out cheaper. You don't hire a van or pay for fuel, and you only pay for the space you actually use, not a fixed unit that sits half empty. Free collection and return on stays of three months or more keeps the total down too.*

We arrive at your door with your box or pod at the agreed time. You pack and load it yourself, or add a hand with loading on the ground floor when you book. Then we take everything to our secure Lenham facility. There's no van to hire and nothing to drive.

Yes. Just let us know when you want your things back. We usually return them within 48 hours. Return is free once you've stored with us for three months or more;* before that, our normal collection charge applies.

Use your own. We don't currently sell or supply boxes, tape or any other packing materials, so please use boxes you already have or buy some locally. Everything needs to be packed and sealed before we arrive.

No card is needed to get a quote or to reserve. Book online or over the phone and we'll email your confirmation. Once we've confirmed your booking and checked your ID, we send an invoice for your first payment, which is due by collection day. There's no deposit.

Almost anything from a home or business is fine. For everyone's safety we can't store food, plants or living things, or anything hazardous like petrol, gas, fireworks or chemicals. If you're not sure about something, just ask when you book.

Yes. You can upsize or downsize any time, with no long tie-in. If you need to add a few boxes or free up some space, just let us know and we'll sort it. You only ever pay for the space you're actually using.
