How our storage collection service works

There's no price list to decode. Every job is different, so we send you a tailored price based on what you're storing and how long for. You only pay for the space you use, with no add-ons and nothing to pay upfront. Get a free quote and we'll help you keep it low.

It's self storage without the trip to a storage unit. We bring a box or pod to your door, collect it once it's packed, and store it safely in our Lenham facility. When you want it back, we return it: no van hire, no driving and no heavy lifting.

It often works out cheaper. You don't hire a van or pay for fuel, and you only pay for the space you actually use, not a fixed unit that sits half empty. Free collection and return on stays of three months or more keeps the total down too.*

We arrive at your door with your box or pod at the agreed time. Pack it yourself, or let us help with the heavy items. Then we take everything into our secure facility. There's nothing to drive, hire or lift: we handle that part for you.

Yes. Just give us 48 hours' notice and we'll bring your things to you, or book a slot to come and access them. Most people rarely need to, but it's there whenever you do.

We bring the boxes and pods to you: that's the whole idea, so there's no shopping around for packing supplies first. Pack them yourself or let us help with the heavy items. If you need extra packing materials, just mention it when you book.

No. Book online or over the phone and we'll email your confirmation. There's no obligation to pay until the day we come to collect your things. It's completely no-pressure, so you can get a price and plan ahead with nothing to lose.

Your belongings are kept in a secure, CCTV-monitored facility. Contents cover isn't included as standard: it's a paid add-on you arrange when you book, so your things are protected while they're with us. Just choose it at checkout.

Almost anything from a home or business is fine. For everyone's safety we can't store food, plants or living things, or anything hazardous like petrol, gas, fireworks or chemicals. If you're not sure about something, just ask when you book.

Yes. You can upsize or downsize any time, with no long tie-in. If you need to add a few boxes or free up some space, just let us know and we'll sort it. You only ever pay for the space you're actually using.
